Reddit has announced that it will be winding down its crypto reward scheme, giving users this week to turn their r/CryptoCurrency Moons (MOON) into crypto or cash. The tokens were awarded to those who contribute to the cryptocurrency section of the social media site, but the price of the asset has plunged since the announcement. Users will need to back up their seed wallet and put their MOON in another wallet (MetaMask is the best bet) to convert them into something more valuable. Major cryptocurrency exchanges such as Kraken and Crypto.com, as well as RCP Swap, Gate.io, Sushiswap, MEXC, Bitrue, and CoinEx all offer options to exchange MOON for stablecoins or Ethereum.
