Stackr recently secured a $5.5 million round of funding from investors such as Archetype, Scalar Capital, Lemniscap, and Spartan Group. The money will be used to create their software development kit (SDK), making it possible for Web2 developers to create crypto apps without learning a new language. This will benefit the crypto industry, which according to Electric Capital’s Developer Report, has a current estimated 19,279 crypto developers and is down 30% since October last year. Stackr’s SDK will enable developers to choose which parts of their application they would like to put on the blockchain, allowing them to mix and match components as opposed to monolithic blockchains. This will be a draw for web2 companies interested in experimenting with web3 technology. #Crypto #Blockchain #SDK #Web3
