Ryder has closed a $1.2 million round and launched its flagship Ryder One hardware wallet, which uses its own implementation of the Shamir Secret Sharing (SSS) algorithm. The wallet’s TapSafe recovery feature simplifies the onboarding process to under a minute without sacrificing security. Ryder’s CEO believes this product will be more accessible to the masses compared to many competitors in the hardware wallet market.
